Please note that the application must be complete and all required materials received by the deadline in order for your application to be reviewed for the semester you have selected. In addition to this application form, you must submit the following items: 1. Official transcripts from all colleges/universities from which you have earned a degree. 2. Application fee of $70.00. 3. Two letters of recommendation that must be submitted to our office under separate cover. One of the recommenders should be a current or previous supervisor who can attest to your work ethic and skill set. This individual should also explain how this program would benefit you and further develop you professionally.
