Executive Program in Work-Based Learning Leadership
Faculty and Staff

Faculty members from the Wharton School and the Graduate School of Education provide the majority of instruction and advising in this program. Both Wharton and GSE are world-renowned leaders in their fields. The Wharton School has the largest, most-cited, and most-published faculty of any business school — generating the knowledge and innovations that transform global business practice and public policy. The Graduate School of Education and academic associates engage in work that informs policy deliberations at all levels of government, makes major contributions to the education research base, provides valuable knowledge and services to practitioners and education leaders, and is well-known for its commitment to improving urban education.

Because the program is unlike any other, we will also draw on visiting and guest lecturers from other schools within the University of Pennsylvania and other universities, as well as global experts in work-related learning.

The academic director is responsible for the academic administration of the program and reports to the vice deans both of Wharton and the Graduate School of Education. The program is administered within Wharton Executive Education.
