Brian Jennings is responsible for a portfolio of customized executive education programs for senior audiences in the manufacturing, technology, energy, consumer products, retail, and professional services sectors. Before joining Wharton, Brian had an extensive career in the technology consulting industry, most recently with IBM Business Consulting Services (formerly PricewaterhouseCoopers), Accenture, and Deloitte & Touche.

Current Team Projects

Brian and his team recently worked with:

  • A global, multi-industry manufacturer to increase executive capacity. Over three years, approximately 200 executives have participated, engaging in action-learning initiatives that have developed into projects with substantial impact on the organization's future. At the conclusion of the forum, company executives review the projects and make real-time, "go/no-go/refine" decisions.

  • A Fortune 10 technology company to help its global "rainmakers" increase their ability to engage senior-level executives in effective dialogue and discussion on strategic issues. Through facilitated exercises, program participants gained insight into framing strategic deeper and broader with its clients.

  • A leading software company to improve its executives' ability to identify new opportunities from the customers' perspectives and to manage the inherent organizational tension of innovation. In workshop format, participants learned disciplined steps to reduce the uncertainty of innovation and to make appropriate resource allocations.
