Focus On: Creative Leadership

Happy New Year!

The start of a new year is a good time to seek out new points of view. In this issue, Patagonia CEO Michael Crooke, a keynote speaker at the upcoming Wharton West Leadership Conference in February, talks with Wharton Professor Mike Useem about the leadership needed to deliver performance while protecting the planet. Professor Vijay Mahajan, who will lead an upcoming Wharton Fellows program in India in March, offers 10 key market strategies for developed countries. We also examine changes in the life insurance industry and look at how the longest-running executive education program, for securities executives, is continuing to raise the bar.
