Focus on: Redefining Leadership
Business runs on leadership, but leadership today demands broader perspectives, more flexibility, and deeper knowledge. In this issue, we look at how executives are redefining leadership. We examine how a new program on high-potential leadership uses "crucible stories" to recognize core strengths.
