About Janet:

A former advertising vice president and current management consultant, Janet Greco specializes in helping individual executives and management teams transform leadership intent into organizational momentum. She has consulted with clients including Checkpoint Systems, Children’s National Medical Center, Comcast, Johnson & Johnson, and the Pew Charitable Trusts. Janet has served on the boards of The Friends of the Free Library and the Philadelphia Clearinghouse, as well as provided pro bono consulting. She received the 2016 Distinguished Teaching award for graduate professional programs for the College of Professional and Liberal Education of the Graduate School of Arts and Sciences of the University of Pennsylvania. At Wharton Executive Education, Janet is the co-founder and co-leader of program integration of Leading and Managing People.
