Wharton Fellows@The Conference Board combines experiential learning with on-site visits to best-practice companies in a series of educational programs designed to enlighten individuals responsible for organizational transformation.
Accepted Fellows are typically CEOs of small- to mid-size companies or organizations, or C-suite executives from major global firms. The programs take the form of “master classes” held in selected high-growth companies around the world, and include introductions to people who can help Fellows engender growth and organizational transformation in their own businesses. Hundreds of Fellows have attended these classes since the program began in 2000, many of them completing the 12 required to become an alumnus/a of the Wharton School.
As of February 2010, The Conference Board adds new value to this experience by bringing the Wharton Fellows under the umbrella of its renowned Councils program, a leader in peer learning for more than 80 years.
