The average age of the WPWP student is 34 years (with a range in age of 26 to 55 years). Approximately 42% of participants are female and 58% male.
Students come from a diverse mix of organizations. Prominent industries include pharmaceutical, energy/chemical, communication, and financial services. There is also representation from health care, non-profit, small business, legal, and government agencies.
Participants hold middle to upper management positions; many are transitioning to more senior positions or into different roles within their companies. In addition, entrepreneurs and small business owners enroll in WPWP to gain the knowledge and skills needed to build and manage their business ventures.
