Focus on: Renewing Confidence
While much of today’s economic turmoil remains outside our control, confidence can make a difference in how we respond and rebound. In this issue, we explore how renewing your confidence — in yourself, in your team, and in your ability to negotiate — can motivate you to lead during extended periods of uncertainty.
In Memoriam: This issue of Wharton@Work is dedicated to the memory of Robert E. Gunther. Up until May of this year, Robert wrote the articles that have appeared in this newsletter since it was first launched in 2001. He was a respected colleague and longtime friend to many of us at Wharton Executive Education, and we will miss his warmth, humor, and the enormous contribution he made not only to Wharton@Work, but to our lives as well. Thank you from all of us, Robert. We will miss you.
