He is the founder and managing partner of White Shark Management, a seed-stage venture capital firm. Prior to that, Roman was a member of the Century Equity Partners team and worked in the Technology Services investment banking group at Raymond James, focusing on M&A, equity and debt financings, and strategic advisory. He holds a BA from Bowdoin College and studied international economics at the London School of Economics.
