New Space Reservation Web Site

In conjunction with CETS and specifically David Brubaker, the Dean’s Office has implemented an online calendar and reservation system for all of the School’s public meeting spaces as well as a number of the departmental spaces. You can access the new site at: https://www.seas.upenn.edu/about-seas/room-reservation/

Once logged in with your PennKey and password, you can view availability for each space by clicking the “Check Availability” link located in the far right column . To formally reserve a space, we now require that you complete the room reservation form which can be accessed by clicking the “Request a Room” button located in the upper left of each screen.

Once your request is submitted it will be routed to the respective room manager who will respond with a confirmation email.

I hope that you find this new system easy to use; however, if you experience any difficulty or have insights that could improve the system, I invite you to share them at seas-space@seas.upenn.edu.
