> Lisa Aronson Leadership and Executive Coach About Lisa Lisa Aronson has in-depth experience partnering with and coaching successful executives. Since 2000, Lisa’s primary focus has been on coaching leaders to maximize their impact and personal effectiveness. She assists her clients in clarifying their goals and objectives and developing the self-awareness necessary to reach their aspirations and inspire others. Lisa has worked with international clients, with industries ranging from pharmaceuticals, to financial services and health care as well as with a broad range of professionals in many disciplines including finance, marketing, law, medicine and the sciences. Her areas of expertise include executive coaching, leadership development and team engagement. She supports individuals in developing and communicating their strategic vision, enhancing their leadership presence and acquiring the skills required to meet challenging business objectives. Capitalizing on her expertise with a variety of assessment instruments, Lisa guides individuals to the personal and professional insights necessary to achieve success. Her clients rely on her targeted and actionable feedback. With her in-depth experience in executive assessment and as a certified Hogan feedback provider, Lisa works with organizations to support executive development and to provide individuals the opportunity to maximize their learning and development from the assessment process. Additionally, Lisa has an association with The Leader’s Edge where she is responsible for the entire coaching cadre and provides coaching to key clients. Lisa is associated with the Wharton Business School at the University of Pennsylvania. As a member of the coaching faculty there, she is called upon to work directly with MBA students and visiting executives as they seek to expand their leadership capabilities. Previously, Lisa was the senior human resources officer at an investment banking firm and held senior positions in two major consulting firms. Representative client organizations include GlaxoSmithKline, J&J, Shire Pharmaceuticals, McDonald’s, DirecTV, Boeing, Kellogg’s, SAP, Comcast and Beneficial Bank. Lisa earned her undergraduate degree in Political Science from the University of Massachusetts and a Masters in Business Administration from the Fox School of Business at Temple University in Philadelphia. Lisa has completed doctoral level studies at Fielding Graduate University in Evidence Based Coaching and has achieved coaching certification as a Professional Certified Coach. She is a member of the International Coach Federation, has spoken on topics ranging from career management to building strategic networks and is certified in a number of assessment instruments including Hogan, Myers Brigg, Leadership Versatility Index, DiSC, etc. Lisa contributed to the recently published book, Coaching the Dark Side; High Impact Strategies to Build a Winning Leadership Reputation.
