In the Wharton’s Women’s Executive Leadership — India, you will:

  • Receive practical and quick-to-implement suggestions on how to address current business challenges, specifically through the lens of leading in complex environments

Experience & Impact

This program offers an immersive and dynamic environment where participants can connect their personal experiences with the development of distinct leadership styles. Participants can choose to attend the two-day Wharton’s Women’s Executive Leadership — India program in one of three available cities across the country — Delhi NCR, Mumbai, or Goa.

Who Should Attend

The program is designed for senior women executives and their allies who:

  • Have 10 or more years of experience
  • Have titles ranging from senior manager or director to vice president
  • Director/principal to early stage Partners in firms and business owners
  • Are on the rise and have high potential in their organizations
  • Are currently in leadership roles, but recognize there is room to grow in their organizations and serve as role models to others in the firm
  • Seek to enhance their professional influence
