Now that you’ve been accepted to your Wharton Executive Education program, it’s time to start making plans. Here is more information to help you prepare.

Reserve Your Seat

Congratulations on your acceptance. In order to reserve your seat in the program, we must receive your payment in full.

Within five (5) business days of your acceptance, you will receive an invoice requesting payment. For AMP, GMP, and AFP, a deposit is required to reserve attendance. We accept major credit cards, checks, and bank wires.

Need to Make the Case? If you’re still seeking sponsorship for the program, there is a justification letter you can use to support your organization’s investment in you. Please contact Wharton Client Relations for assistance or scroll to the bottom of your program webpage to download the letter.

Gain Access to Your Program Portal

Your learning starts with access to the Wharton Direct portal. Wharton Direct portals are customized by program and offer a direct connection to your Wharton Program Team.

Through your Wharton Direct portal, you will receive communication about the program and pre-program materials, including case studies and reading assignments. Information on Wharton faculty and faculty biographies are also available. A roster of your fellow participants, along with participant profiles, will be provided in advance of the program start date.

Please note that access to Wharton Direct will be provided once your payment has been received in full.

Travel Visa and Accommodations

If you are not a U.S. citizen or do not have permanent residency and will be coming from outside of the United States, you may need a travel visa. The process can be lengthy. Please read our International Travel Information page for more details.

HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS: If your program is in Philadelphia, your hotel is included in your program fee. For programs held in San Francisco, you will have to make hotel accommodations separately. Here are some recommended hotels close to the Wharton | San Francisco campus.
