Wharton Business and Law Certificate

Wharton’s Aresty Institute of Executive Education, in conjunction with the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School, is pleased to offer a specialized certificate for students enrolled in University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School’s Master of Laws degree program.

Called the Wharton Business and Law Certificate (WBLC), this program is designed exclusively for students enrolled in the Master of Laws (LLM) degree program.

Drawing on key faculty and content from the Wharton School, the WBLC will introduce students to the fundamentals of finance, strategy, and responsible business practices and management. The challenging blend of interactive lectures, case studies, simulations, group discussions, and faculty dialogue immerse students in these core business concepts.

The WBLC is ideal for those who are — and those who aspire to be — corporate lawyers, in-house counsel, judges, bankers, and other internationally trained legal professionals enrolled in Penn Carey Law’s LLM program.
