The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania has been recognized for excellence in leadership development training by the European Foundation for Management Development (EFMD). The EFMD advances management knowledge by building links between the world’s top business schools and global companies.

In the past two years, EFMD has honored Wharton and its partners with three Excellence In Practice Awards for custom programs in leadership development. Wharton is the only North American business school to have won this award in multiple categories in 2011 and 2012.
