The program draws on digital technologies, hands-on experiences, depth cases, research findings, intensive dialogue, and problem solving. Our sessions run live for four half days, and we include chat rooms, breakouts, issue polling, and personal engagements. We draw on in-depth cases from companies in turbulence, explorers in terra incognito, and executive speakers who have led through challenging periods in recent business history.

Leadership is personal, both for you and for those you lead. Join us to share and reflect on the leadership experiences of you and others in leading through the coronavirus crisis and other disruptive periods.
