It will be taught by the same Wharton faculty who teach in our on-campus leadership programs. Leading Through Challenging Times: From Crisis to Renewal, offers, and requires, a high level of engagement, beginning with pre-work. Participants will have direct access to Wharton faculty throughout the program and have the opportunity to schedule one-on-one time during virtual office hours. They will engage in dynamic, small-group work that helps reinforce the learning and enable networking among the peer community. This online program is a fully immersive and structured learning experience that culminates with a new set of knowledge and tools that can be put to immediate use. Program Duration: New dates coming soon The program draws on digital technologies, hands-on experiences, business and historical cases, research findings, intensive dialogue, and problem solving. Our sessions run live for four days, and we include chat rooms, breakouts, issue polling, and personal engagements. We draw on in-depth cases from companies in turbulence, explorers in terra incognito, and executive speakers who have led through challenging times and into what comes next. Leadership is personal, both for you and for those you lead. Join us to share and reflect on the leadership experiences of you and others in leading through (and out of) these challenging times.
