The LIMRA Leadership Institute Fellow (LLIF) Designation Program helps insurance and financial-service industry professionals develop leadership capabilities to meet any challenge. This program is an educational joint venture between Wharton Executive Education and LIMRA, a membership organization for leading insurance and financial-services firms.

In the LIMRA Leadership Institute Fellow Designation Program, you will:
After completing this in-depth program, you will be better able to lead your organization to continued growth. You will also have earned the LIMRA Leadership Institute Fellow (LLIF) Designation, an internationally recognized credential that illustrates your commitment to professional development and your desire to be a great leader.
The culmination of the 20-credit LLIF Designation Program, this highly interactive program draws on knowledge gained from previous coursework and puts it in a real-world context.
This program is by invitation only and for senior leaders who have completed the requisite LLIF credits. To attend this LIMRA-Wharton program, participants must have earned a total of 15 credits: at least five Leadership credits, at least two Marketing credits, and at least two Financial credits, plus six Elective credits.
Senior financial services leaders who have completed the requisite LLIF credits are invited to attend this program. Leaders must have earned a total of 15 credits — at least five leadership credits, at least two marketing credits, and at least two financial credits, plus six elective credits — before attending.
Fluency in English, written and spoken, is required for participation in Wharton Executive Education programs unless otherwise indicated.
