Highlights and Key Outcomes

In the Wharton/HEC Paris Women’s Leadership Program, you will:

    • Develop a leadership style based on strengths, identify opportunities for career progression, and increase self-awareness of how you create strong and impactful leadership.
    • Strengthen your ability to work in complex environments, manage stakeholders, and create opportunities for innovative approaches to handling crisis.
    • Manage group decision-making by leveraging diverse talents to strengthen a culture of belonging in teams.
    • Manage organizational culture by recognizing and understanding how to navigate biases and barriers to effective working.
    • Increase empowerment by acquiring the keys to influence and persuasion and focusing on gender and negotiations.

Experience & Impact

This program provides opportunities for participants to be in a highly engaging and interactive setting that directly links back to their context while developing unique and individual leadership styles.

The program has a strong experiential learning approach and features different frameworks, role play, case analysis, various speakers, field site visits, and guided personal application of the key learning points.

Key Learning Outcomes for Participants Include:

      • Creating a community among the cohort.
      • Understanding what differentiates women leadership in senior roles.
      • Learning more about personal strengths to create the foundation for leadership growth.
      • Strengthening the necessary skills to work with diverse and culturally diverse teams: enabling a culture of innovation and high performance at team level.
      • Recognizing different levels of complexity—internal and external—and learning how to handle crisis.
      • Understanding how to challenge assumptions and barriers to effective decision making, moving from collective unintelligence to collective intelligence with assertive and clear communication.
      • Developing resources to strengthen leadership presence with verbal and non-verbal interactions.

  • Senior women executives from around the globe in charge of a team from diverse regional backgrounds, preparing for the next level, or who are new to senior management.
  • Women professionals in family businesses preparing for responsibility as CEO or senior management.
