Wharton/CUFE China General Management Program (WCHGMP)

The Wharton/CUFE China General Management Program (WCHGMP) is an unparalleled professional development experience for Chinese entrepreneurs and executives to advance their leadership skills and enhance their business acumen. The program, offered in partnership with CUFE and the LongMa School of Management in China, is a multi-disciplinary educational immersion for experienced executives who desire a comprehensive business curriculum that provides both academic rigor and practical business insight.

Taught by the same faculty who teach in Wharton’s top-ranked MBA program, participants will be exposed to new ways of thinking about their businesses that will set them up for future success.

Core Course Requirements

The WCHGMP is designed for successful Chinese entrepreneurs and executives to accelerate their management potential. The curriculum covers the following business areas:

  • Finance & Wealth Management

  • Strategy & Innovation

The WCHGMP consists of six open-enrollment programs. Participants will attend programs in Philadelphia, San Francisco, and Beijing. There will also be additional sessions led by LongMa School of Management in between the Wharton sessions. Successful WCHGMP participants will complete the program within a two year time frame.
