About Lawrence (Larry):

An emeritus professor in management, Larry Hrebiniak has research interests in strategy execution or implementation, with a particular interest in organizational adaption and competitive success. He has consulted with many well-known companies in the U.S. and globally, and facilitated many of Jack Welch’s legendary “Work-Outs.” He was a television commentator on the “Wharton Management Report” when that program appeared nationally on the Financial News Network. He is the author of six books, including Making Strategy Work: Leading Effective Execution and Change, a comprehensive guide to effective strategy implementation.
