Lynn Krage is Senior Director of Leadership and Talent Development for the McNulty Leadership Program and a lecturer in the Management Department at the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania. Lynn’s team is responsible for designing and implementing the portfolio of academic and co-curricular leadership development programs for the Wharton full-time and executive MBA population. She created and leads the Wharton Executive Coaching and Feedback Program. The Coaching Program employs 70+ executive coaches to provide executive coaching to 500+ full-time and executive MBA students each year, as well as participants in the Advanced Finance Program, General Management Program and Executive Development Program.
Lynn received an MSOD in Organization Consulting and Executive Coaching from the University of Pennsylvania, an MA in Sociology from New York University and a BA from the State University of New York at Geneseo. She attained a Certificate of Human Resource Management from the Wharton School and certification in numerous assessments including the Hogan, CCL’s Benchmarks and the MSCEIT.
